Absolutely! Our team is set up to work safely from home and we are available during regular business hours.

Yes, you can apply via our online application or email info@merchantcapital.co.za. The sales consultant that is best suited to your business will then be in touch to continue the process.

As a show of support to small South African businesses, existing customers may be given a payment holiday until the 17th April 2020. Please contact us to see if you qualify.

As with all new customers funded during this time, our existing customer base has been offered a payment holiday till the 17th April 2020.

Yes, customers who qualify for a re-advance during this time will be contacted by our re-advance consultants as soon as they become eligible. 

If you are unsure about whether you qualify for a re-advance email info@merchantcapital.co.za and one of our consultants will contact you.

We will continue to fund entities such as companies, cc’s, Pty Ltds. However, during this time, we won’t be able to fund to sole proprietors. Should that change we will inform relevant applicants.

Yes, our underwriting process will continue to work in exactly the same way. Should your references only be available via mobile (and not on their usual office lines) then please be sure to give us their updated details. This will ensure we can still turn your application around in 48 hours.
